This is the first product I’ve tried from the Lazarus Naturals brand. First I’d like to point out that the bottles sent to me were done right. The French Vanilla CBD is sent in a dark glass bottle and the cap doubles as a quality squeeze dropper.
I wanted to find something that would hold me over at the start of the day so I wouldn’t have to take pain meds to get me going. As someone who just started drinking coffee, the logical choice in this line of products was the French Vanilla flavor by Lazarus Naturals.
I drink my iced coffee without sugar and other flavorings, so I thought this would be the perfect complement. The vanilla flavor itself was a little underwhelming but if you’re drinking plain coffee…can you really complain?
What I wasn’t disappointed with was the effects of the CBD. I usually takes me an entire half day to get my body warmed up and ready to tackle the day without a tremendous level of various pains. Combined with the caffeine kick, I was ready to go in about a solid 30-40 minutes.
It took a few days to get my dose right. The first couple days left me a bit suspended in grog fog. Once I got the dose where it needed to be however…I was on a roll!
As this is the first product I’ve tried from this brand and that I’ve reviewed in this category, I’ll be sure to update how I think it fairs in flavor and effect when I get to the others.
